Before and After School

For Ages 3 - 12

Available Before School: 7:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Available After School: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The Enrichment Program provides a structured, warm environment in which children play and learn. The program includes:

Lunch (provided by the student)
Nap time (for ages 3 and 4)
Outdoor free play
Socialization
Afternoon nutritious snack
Creative art
Music
Movement activities
Reading time

Enrichment is billed monthly at $ 3.75

SPANISH PROGRAM

Senora Gabriela Preininger teaches Spanish weekly at Fayette Montessori. Through her unique system of utilizing movement and music, Senora Gabriela Preininger makes learning Spanish easy and fun for the Primary students. The Elementary students get more in-depth and learn conversational Spanish as well as vocabulary .

MUSIC PROGRAM

The goal of Fayette Montessori School's music program is to help our students develop a life long love of music.

Program includes:

Singing
Reading music notes
Hand bells
Rhythmic dances
Rhythmic games
Music appreciation
Music listening skills

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

Dance Program

The dance program at Fayette Montessori School is offered through Carla's Dance Factory and is taught by Ms. Carla. The ballet and tap dancing classes are designed to develop gross motor skills. The dance program includes basic ballet technique, basic ballet terminology, movements and turns in center,tap technique and combinations and a dance recital in the spring.

Gymnastics

The gymnastics program is offered through Gym South. It also is a great tool for working on gross motor skills. Children have fun and get fit as they tumble, jump on the mini trampolone, walk the balance beams, swing on the bar and learn gymnastics techniques.

Tae Kwon Do

The Tae Kwon Do program is offered through Master Shim's. Some of the benefits of this after school activity include improved balance and coordination; increased strength, flexibility and endurance; greater self confidence; improved self-control, courtesy, and respect toward others.

Hip Hop Dance Program

The Hip Hop Dance Program at Fayette Montessori School is offered through Carla's Dance Factory. This class is offered to the Elementary students only. The dance program includes basic hop hop technique and movements. This group does not participate in the spring dance recital.
